Black Women of Hospitality is a 501(c)(3) national non profit organization that focuses on Women of Color who are in the Hospitality industry or have an interest in joining the wonderful world of Hospitality! The mission is to unite, inspire and empower Women of Color in the hospitality industry by providing resources, support, and motivation to achieve personal and professional growth. We are devoted to increasing diversity and inclusion across hospitality, travel and leisure.

The Black Women of Hospitality Organization will carry out research, share best practices, co-create solutions, run webinars and events dedicated to ensuring Women in our sector are not held back and can progress their careers into senior leadership and hotel ownership!

Support

Women can be powerful allies for other women. This is fundamental to a human being's happiness, and for a woman it can be an essential part of a balanced life. Often times other women are the necessary sounding board to get through personal or work-related struggles.
